All orders are subject to availability and are confirmed only after Sugar Puff Lane confirms availability and the required deposit or payment has been received. Customers are responsible for providing and reviewing complete, accurate order details before submission.

Regular pastry orders placed 2 weeks or more in advance require at least a 50% deposit; orders placed at least 1 week but less than 2 weeks in advance require at least 75%; shorter-notice approved orders require full payment. Eligible custom and specialty cakes require at least a 50% deposit. Every outstanding custom-cake balance is due no later than 14 days before delivery.

Please contact Sugar Puff Lane as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on costs already incurred and work completed. Deposits and order-specific expenses may become non-refundable once ingredients, decorations, packaging, tools or other custom materials have been purchased.

Because products are perishable and made to order, refunds are not given solely for change of mind, taste preference, failure to collect, incorrect customer-supplied information, or improper handling after fulfilment. If Sugar Puff Lane may be responsible for an issue, provide the order number, details and photographs where appropriate so a suitable resolution can be reviewed.

Customers must provide a complete address, date, time, contact and venue/access information. Delivery charges are separate unless stated otherwise. Sugar Puff Lane determines when professional delivery or on-site setup is required, including for selected large, tiered or structurally complex cakes.

Eligible orders may be collected at the confirmed date and time from 8 Hillcrest Avenue, Kingston. Delivery-only cakes are not eligible for pickup. Once an eligible order leaves Sugar Puff Lane's care, safe transport, handling and storage become the customer's responsibility.

Customers must disclose allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements. Products are prepared where milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and other allergens may be handled, so cross-contact cannot be fully guaranteed. Vegan Non-Dairy describes the formulation and does not mean the preparation environment is exclusively vegan or allergen-free.

Standard custom and specialty cakes require at least 14 days' notice. Elaborate wedding, birthday and special-event cakes require at least 3 months' notice. Quotes are provided within 48 hours of a completed request. A request does not confirm an order, reserve a date or guarantee availability.

Customer information is used to review enquiries, manage orders, quotes, payments, fulfilment and requested communications. It is not displayed publicly. Access to private customer and business records is restricted to authorized administration.

Submitting an order or quote confirms that the information supplied is accurate and that the customer has reviewed the applicable policies. Availability, price, design, fulfilment and payment terms remain subject to Sugar Puff Lane's written confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
